**Job title** Senior Salesforce Administrator **Role Summary** Lead Salesforce administration for a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS organization. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to enhance platform stability, security, and usability. Drive governance, change management, and automation initiatives while supporting integrations and new business unit onboarding. **Expectations** - Deliver Salesforce enhancements that increase productivity and consistency. - Implement and maintain governance, security, and data integrity standards. - Manage change, documentation, and communication across stakeholders. - Enable adoption through enablement, best‑practice documentation, and support. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Administer Salesforce in a multi‑admin environment. 2. Design, build, and deploy process automation using Flow, Workato, and other declarative tools. 3. Develop and enforce a scalable security model and permission sets. 4. Govern configuration changes, maintenance, and release processes. 5. Lead data quality initiatives and access control reviews. 6. Partner on integration planning for new units or acquisitions. 7. Document system changes, create user guides, and conduct training sessions. 8. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. **Required Skills** - 5+ years of Salesforce administration in a B2B SaaS context. - Proficiency with Flow, validation rules, Workato, LeanData, and other declarative automation tools. - Experience designing scalable security models and permission strategies. - Knowledge of multi‑admin administration, deployment, and release management. - Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration. - Ability to independently manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory). - Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, or Application Architect certifications preferred or in progress.
