Lead cross‑functional teams to define, build, launch, and iterate on products that meet market needs and business objectives, while championing a user‑first approach. **Expectations:** - Deliver a clear, data‑driven product roadmap aligned with company goals. - Launch successful products on schedule and within scope. - Maintain high stakeholder satisfaction through transparent communication and regular updates. - Continuously improve product performance using key metrics and user feedback. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and communicate product vision and strategy. - Conduct market, competitor, and user research to uncover opportunities. - Prioritize features based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility. - Translate requirements into detailed specifications and work closely with engineering, design, and other teams. - Serve as primary liaison for all product‑related stakeholder inquiries. - Manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from concept through launch and post‑launch iteration. - Track product KPIs, run usability tests, and apply data‑driven insights for continuous improvement. **Required Skills:** - 3‑5+ years product management experience, preferably with a technical background. - Proven track record of launching market‑ready products. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in data‑driven decision making. - Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and translate technical concepts. - Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel). - High rigor, organization, and self‑starter attitude; thrives in fast‑paced startup environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA + preferred). - No specific certifications required; relevant product management or Agile certifications are a plus.
