Job Description
**Job Title:** Cybersecurity Analyst (Mid‑Level) **Role Summary:** Provide cybersecurity expertise and lead Risk Management Framework (RMF) Assessment & Authorization activities for surface combat system programs, ensuring compliance with DoD/DON/NAVSEA regulations and achieving or renewing Authority to Operate (ATO) for platform IT systems. **Expectations:** - Operate on‑site (≥4 days/week) at Washington Navy Yard. - Maintain Secret clearance and DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification. - Adapt to shifting deadlines, priorities, and unpredictable events. - Communicate technical findings and recommendations to government or military leadership. - Manage multiple projects with strong organization and time‑management skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as an Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) executing RMRM processes for combat system programs. - Lead full‑life‑cycle RMF activities to secure Platform IT and related systems, achieving/renewing ATOs. - Review and validate ACAS, STIG, and SCAP scan results; ensure compliance with NAVSEA SOPs before submission. - Collaborate with NAVSEA, PEO IWS, and program offices to embed DoD/DON cyber policies throughout design, development, and sustainment phases. - Prepare and present cybersecurity assessment reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders. **Required Skills:** - In‑depth knowledge of RMF steps and DoD/DON cyber policies (NIST 800‑53, DoDI 8500.01, DoDI 8510.01). - Ability to analyze and present data to senior leadership. - Strong written and verbal communication; detail‑oriented and organized. - Self‑motivated, independent thinker with innovative problem‑solving. - Familiarity with eMASS/eMASSter tools is advantageous. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree in a relevant field **or** - Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of relevant cybersecurity, information system management, software development/design, or authorization experience **or** - High school diploma/GED plus 10 years of comparable experience. - Active Secret security clearance. - DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification.

**Job Title** Informatica Development Consultant (M/F) **Role Summary** Lead the analysis, design, development, testing, and delivery of Informatica ETL workflows for a big‑data, Exadata‑based data lake. Ensure maintenance releases meet functional, technical, and production standards within a large decision‑support system. **Expectations** * 8–10 years of senior ETL experience, primarily with Informatica PowerCenter. * Proven ability to produce functional specifications (general & detailed), technical docs, test plans, and delivery dossiers. * High autonomy, strong communication, and collaborative hand‑over to operations teams. * Immediate availability for project start. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze business changes and translate them into functional specifications. * Design and develop ETL workflows in Informatica, including data mapping, transformation logic, and error handling. * Define and execute test plans (unit, integration, regression). * Document solutions: technical specs, standard operating procedures, industrialization packages, and delivery notes. * Coordinate with Oracle and Unix environments to support data extraction, loading, and storage. * Deliver production-ready components, hand over to the operations team, and de‑brief on best practices. **Required Skills** * Informatica PowerCenter/Developer expertise (workflow creation, transformation, metadata management). * Oracle database knowledge (SQL, performance tuning, data modelling). * Unix/Linux command‑line proficiency. * Functional and technical documentation writing. * Test planning and execution. * Strong verbal and written communication; ability to work independently. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s or engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. * Informatica PowerCenter Developer certification (preferred). * Oracle Database certification (e.g., Oracle Certified Associate) – an advantage.
