Job Title: Siebel QA Tester – Ministry Experience Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end Quality Assurance for Oracle Siebel CRM projects in a government context, designing test strategy, planning and executing functional, integration, and user‑acceptance tests, and driving defect resolution. Expectations: - Minimum 8 years of professional QA testing experience. - Proven expertise in Siebel CRM testing, including Siebel Test Automation. - Strong knowledge of defect tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps). - Ability to collaborate with project, IT and testing leads. Key Responsibilities: - Devise and document test strategy, test plans, scripts, and test cases for GUI and non‑GUI environments. - Plan, coordinate, and execute system integration, stress, and user‑acceptance tests. - Identify and recommend testing tools and resources. - Use defect tracking systems to log, monitor, and verify fixes. - Work with project teams on design, development, implementation and ongoing support of Siebel applications.
