**Job Title:** Senior Cyber Security Project Manager (ServiceNow PPM, PowerBI)
**Role Summary:**
Lead and deliver multiple mid‑size, cross‑functional cybersecurity projects (15+ participants, $500K+ budgets) for a Fortune 500 organization. Drive project planning, execution, and closure using ServiceNow PPM, PowerBI, and MS Office tools while collaborating with senior PMs, business analysts, and technical leaders.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage 2+ concurrent cybersecurity projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
- Lead daily project team meetings, track progress, and adjust plans as needed.
- Utilize ServiceNow PPM for project planning, resource allocation, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards for project performance and executive reporting.
- Produce and maintain project artifacts in MS Project, Excel, Visio, and other MS Office tools.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders, including technical leads, business analysts, and senior management.
- Mentor junior PMs and collaborate within a 13‑member PMO under the Lighthouse initiative.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and standards throughout project lifecycle.
**Required Skills:**
- Cybersecurity project management (5+ years).
- ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) module expertise.
- PowerBI reporting and dashboard creation.
- MS Project (timeline), Excel, Visio, and Office Suite proficiency.
- Strong verbal and written communication; stakeholder management.
- Ability to work remotely with flexible hours to support global teams.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience (IT/cybersecurity preferred).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification required.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) mandatory; Master’s degree optional.
- Healthcare industry experience considered a plus.
