**Job title:** Senior Manager, Endpoint Engineering
**Role Summary:**
Lead and mentor a global endpoint engineering team, designing, deploying, and securing endpoint solutions across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Drive ISO 27001 and other compliance standards while applying telemetry, predictive analytics, and automation to enhance reliability and user experience. Collaborate with IT, security, legal, and business stakeholders to modernize endpoint strategy and support digital transformation initiatives.
**Expectations:**
- 10+ years in endpoint engineering with 4+ years in management of a distributed team<br>- Proven track record in a professional services or global organization setting<br>- Strong leadership, stakeholder‑management, and communication skills<br>- Demonstrated ability to meet ISO/IEC, NIST, and RMF compliance requirements<br>- Capacity to drive process improvement and technology adoption at enterprise scale
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Direct a global team of endpoint engineers and administrators (≈7 reports)
- Architect, deploy, and manage endpoints on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Linux; oversee Microsoft Autopilot, Intune, SCCM, and zero‑touch provisioning
- Standardize endpoint configurations, maintain audit documentation, and support ISO 27001 and other security audits
- Partner with IT, security, and business units to adopt cloud and endpoint technologies (Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix XenDesktop, Microsoft 365, Entra ID)
- Analyze telemetry and predictive analytics to monitor health, anticipate failures, and optimize performance globally
- Lead asset management, licensing, and decommissioning processes
- Provide Tier 3 escalation support, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure timely resolution
- Contribute to the digital transformation roadmap, identifying opportunities for process innovation
**Required Skills:**
- Expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, Absolute, CrowdStrike, and endpoint security tools
- Proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix Xendesktop, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and VDI interface (Windows 365)
- Strong knowledge of software packaging, imaging, and deployment (InstallShield, App‑V, Altiris, Symantec Ghost)
- Ability to manage antivirus software, upgrades, and Windows 11 deployments
- Familiarity with ISO, NIST, RMF compliance frameworks and audit support
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team‑leadership abilities
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Preferred certifications: ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Endpoint Administrator (MD‑102), Microsoft Intune Administrator
