**Job Title:** Supply Chain Business Analyst (Senior)
**Role Summary:**
Act as a primary translator of business needs into functional specifications for a new end‑to‑end inventory and warehouse management solution. Own requirements capture, process documentation, system design, testing, and post‑go‑live support while ensuring alignment with finance, operations, and IT stakeholders.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver complete, traceable requirements and user stories that enable vendor selection, configuration, and successful implementation of WMS/ERP systems.
- Ensure audit trails, SOX compliance, and data integrity across the supply chain platform.
- Drive user adoption through clear training materials, change management, and ongoing support.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and observations to elicit business, functional, and non‑functional requirements.
- Model current and future inventory workflows (receiving, stocking, picking, transfers, reconciliation) using BPMN and Value‑Stream Mapping.
- Perform gap analysis between existing processes/tools and desired capabilities.
- Write testable user stories and acceptance criteria for inventory transactions and reporting.
- Support forecasting, safety‑stock strategies, and inventory optimization.
- Coordinate vendor demos, requirements gathering, UAT planning, data cleansing, item master validation, and go‑live support.
- Collaborate with finance to maintain audit trail integrity and SOX compliance.
- Develop training content, user guides, and adoption risk mitigation plans.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years in logistics, supply chain or inventory management with hands‑on WMS/ERP implementation.
- Strong business and systems analysis, process documentation, and BPMN/VSM expertise.
- Ability to create clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT test cases.
- Proficiency in forecasting, replenishment, safety stock, and demand planning.
- Knowledge of inventory KPIs (turnover, shrinkage, reorder points, cycle counts).
- Understanding of master data governance, SKU standardization, and data validation.
- Familiarity with API/middleware integration, ERP, and logistics platforms.
- Proficient stakeholder management, cross‑functional collaboration, and change‑management communication.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferred certifications: CBAP, PMI‑PBA, APICS CPIM, or equivalent.
