**Job Title:** SAP FICO Consultant – Mid Level **Role Summary:** Mid‑level SAP FICO consultant with 3+ years of implementation, rollout and go‑live support experience in the manufacturing sector. Expertise in S/4 HANA, finance and control processes (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and global solution design for production sites across multiple countries. **Expectations:** Deliver end‑to‑end SAP FICO solutions, align global templates, manage change requests, and provide functional support while ensuring high‑priority incidents are resolved promptly. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop SAP Finance & Control processes for production locations in Australia, New Zealand and European sites (Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Portugal, UK, IE). - Participate in global S/4 HANA FICO template implementation projects with SAP CC and external consultants. - Own master data management and global alignment on standard solution design. - Focus on G/L, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Asset Accounting modules. - Manage and support Request for Change (RFC) process. - Coordinate SAP enhancements with local SAP support and external service providers. - Prepare and maintain system documentation and training materials. - Troubleshoot and resolve high‑priority incidents. **Required Skills:** - SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) – 3+ years in manufacturing. - S/4 HANA experience mandatory. - Knowledge of SAP PP, SD, MM (bonus). - Experience with IDOC‑based interfaces to local warehouse management systems. - Ability to issue‑solve in mixed standard/customised SAP environments (ABAP/debugging knowledge a plus). - Strong solution design, RFC management and incident resolution skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field. - SAP FICO certification; SAP S/4 HANA certification preferred.
