Job Description

Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer Role Summary: Senior DevOps Engineer focused on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps practices, ensuring infrastructure reliability, scalability, and performance through automation and DDI system management. Expectations: Proven experience in SRE/DevOps roles with emphasis on DNS, DHCP, and IP address management (DDI). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and collaboration across technical teams. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy, manage, and optimize DDI infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, IPAM, NTP, Proxy) for global enterprise environments. - Resolve incidents, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain SLA compliance for service tickets and changes. - Automate processes via infrastructure-as-code tools and develop/runbooks for operational efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Network Operations, Architecture) to design and deploy configurations. - Validate and test services, monitor infrastructure performance, and implement dashboards for health tracking. - Participate in on-call rotations, conduct root cause analyses (RCAs), and contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements. Required Skills: - Advanced scripting (Python, Shell) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins). - Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Proficiency in DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, BGP). - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, SRE tools, and log analytics (Splunk, Kibana). - Strong communication and technical documentation capabilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure DevOps) preferred but not mandatory.
