Job Description: **Job Title:** Business Manager **Role Summary:** Lead operational and commercial activities, aligning client needs with talent and resources to ensure project execution and pipeline efficiency in a consulting environment focused on strategy, technology, and organizational transitions. **Expectations:** Develop client relationships, manage talent sourcing, coordinate project delivery, and optimize commercial operations to support growth while maintaining high standards of execution and strategic focus. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify client opportunities, drive account development, and prepare competitive proposals and technical documentation. - Facilitate onboarding processes to integrate consultants into client teams effectively. - Source, pre-qualify, and manage freelance experts; maintain updated talent databases. - Coordinate ongoing projects to resolve issues, support consultant-customer collaboration, and ensure delivery timelines. - Improve internal tools, templates, and coordination systems for operational efficiency. **Required Skills:** - Fluency in English, Dutch, and French (written and spoken). - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and LinkedIn sourcing. - Familiarity with CRM/pipeline tracking tools (Excel-based or software). - Analytical problem-solving, structured communication, autonomous work style, and LLM proficiency. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree in business, engineering, business engineering, or a related discipline. - Demonstrated academic/extracurricular experience in analytical thinking and structured problem-solving. - Preferred but not required: Prior professional experience in consulting, technology, mobility, or government sectors.
