About the Company: A renowned global MSSP is experiencing significant growth and is seeking a talented and experienced Account Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organisation in the cyber security industry, known for its innovative solutions and exceptional service.

Role Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of top-notch security services. The role requires a deep understanding of cyber security, ideally gained from working within an MSSP environment. The position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work with regular presence in the London office.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
Understand clients' security needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
Monitor and report on account performance, ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably within the cyber security sector.
Strong knowledge of cyber security principles and practices.
Experience working for an MSSP is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
