Power BI Consultant

Job Description

Job title: Power BI Consultant Role Summary Consultant will design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, model data, write DAX, and deliver high‑quality reports on a short‑term (8‑12 weeks) contract. Focus on integrating Salesforce data, performing data reconciliation, and supporting ad‑hoc reporting across teams. Expectations - Immediate start, 8‑12 week contract. - Office presence at least 2 days per week (ideally 3‑4). - Collaborative, detail‑oriented, and flexible to ad‑hoc projects. Key Responsibilities - Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards for business insights. - Perform data modelling, create DAX calculations, and ensure accurate data reporting. - Reconcile data, conduct testing and quality checks to guarantee reporting integrity. - Integrate and visualize Salesforce data within Power BI solutions. - Provide ad‑hoc reporting support and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. - Use Excel for supplementary data analysis and reporting as needed. Required Skills - Proficient in Power BI (dashboard development, data modelling, DAX). - Experience working with Salesforce data sources. - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail abilities. - Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability for cross‑team collaboration. Required Education & Certifications - Not specified. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power BI Specialist) preferred but not mandatory.
