Job Description

Job title: Senior Program Manager Role Summary: Lead and coordinate the end‑to‑end delivery of channel‑based and partner‑integrated streaming experiences, ensuring seamless onboarding, launch readiness, and operational excellence across cross‑functional business, engineering, and product teams. Expactations: - 5+ years of senior program or technical project management in consumer digital, streaming, or platform environments. - Proven track record of managing partner integrations and external distribution relationships. - Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast‑scaling, ambiguous contexts with strong execution focus. Key Responsibilities: - Own program delivery for partner‑integrated streaming platforms, from concept through launch and operations. - Coordinate with business development, operations, engineering, and product teams to align priorities and timelines. - Manage partner onboarding, delivery readiness, and launch cadences, ensuring all stakeholders meet agreed milestones. - Oversee quality control, content readiness, and adherence to brand and platform standards. - Track risks, dependencies, and blockers across internal teams and external partners, escalating issues as needed. - Drive execution beyond development into post‑launch operational readiness and continuous improvement. Required Skills: - Program management experience with partner‑integrated streaming or digital platforms. - Expertise in external distribution, platform partner ecosystems, and integration workflows. - Agile delivery mindset; ability to execute across product, business, and technical disciplines. - Strong stakeholder management, cross‑functional coordination, and influencing skills. - Excellent project tracking, risk management, and quality assurance capabilities. - Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. - PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
