**Job Title** Email Developer **Role Summary** Design, build, test, and deploy responsive marketing and transactional emails for a CRM platform. Ensure high quality, accessibility, deliverability, and brand consistency while collaborating with marketing, analytics, and design teams. **Expectations** - Produce pixel‑perfect HTML email templates within tight campaign timelines. - Optimize emails for rendering across major clients (Outlook, Gmail, iOS, etc.). - Implement dynamic content, A/B testing, and personalization based on CRM data. - Maintain a modular, scalable template system and continuously improve email performance. **Key Responsibilities** - Create responsive email designs using the Bloomreach drag‑and‑drop editor. - Convert creative briefs and mockups into functional email builds for campaigns and lifecycle journeys. - Execute A/B tests, dynamic blocks, and modular templates for segmented audiences. - QA and test emails for rendering, functionality, and responsiveness using tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid. - Troubleshoot rendering or deliverability issues and apply optimizations. - Collaborate with CRM and Analytics teams to ensure accurate personalization, data integration, and tagging. - Maintain and enhance a scalable, modular email template library. - Apply accessibility best practices (ARIA, alt text, semantic HTML). - Stay updated on email marketing trends, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and coding standards. **Required Skills** - Proficient in HTML and responsive email frameworks. - Hands‑on experience with an enterprise ESP (Bloomreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Braze, etc.). - Deep understanding of email rendering challenges across major email clients. - Familiarity with QA/testing tools (Litmus, Email on Acid). - Knowledge of personalization logic, dynamic content, and CRM data structures. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and collaborate across teams. - Strong attention to detail, clean code practices, and pixel‑perfect delivery. - Basic JavaScript or templating language familiarity is desirable. - Knowledge of email accessibility standards is desirable. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Certifications in email marketing or ESP platforms (e.g., Bloomreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo) are preferred.
