AI Solution Architect
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, delivery, and governance of AI-driven solutions for financial services, translating advanced AI concepts into actionable insights and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
**Expectations**
- Own end‑to‑end AI solution lifecycle from concept to production.
- Communicate AI value to engineering, risk, compliance, and executive stakeholders.
- Maintain high technical quality across AI‑assisted and human‑written codebases.
- Mentor and influence engineering teams on best practices for generative and agent‑based AI integration.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and showcase AI solutions for trading, risk, forecasting, and automated decisioning.
- Prototype, validate, and deploy AI models and agentic workflows into production.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and AI literacy programs for internal audiences.
- Advise senior leadership on AI strategy, emerging technologies, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with compliance, risk, and technology teams to meet financial regulatory requirements.
- Perform code reviews, automated testing, and documentation for AI-generated and manual code.
**Required Skills**
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with one major backend language (Java, C++, C#, Go).
- Working knowledge of Typescript/Node.js and modern UI frameworks.
- Proven experience in AI/ML roles within finance/fintech or consulting, especially in regulated environments.
- Deep understanding of AI governance, ethics, guardrails, compliance, and data privacy.
- Experience building or deploying LLM‑powered systems, agentic workflows, and code‑generation pipelines.
- Strong code review, automated testing, and quality maintenance skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, comfortable presenting to leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives with strategic alignment.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
- (Optional) Certifications in AI/ML, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), or data governance are a plus.
