**Job Title** Senior Product Manager, Quoting & Pricing **Role Summary** Lead end-to-end product strategy and improvements for Xometry's quoting and pricing platform, focusing on enhancing customer journey efficiency, conversion optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business results. **Expectations** - Translate business and customer insights into a data-driven product vision. - Execute high-impact initiatives across manufacturing verticals to improve marketplace performance. - Balance technical, business, and customer priorities to deliver scalable solutions. - Foster cross-team alignment and executive buy-in for product roadmaps. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and execute platform strategies to optimize user experience from design upload to checkout. - Collaborate with UX, engineering, and stakeholders to implement process improvements. - Measure and iterate on product health metrics, KRs, and conversion outcomes. - Mentor teams and lead cross-functional projects to scale company performance. - Advocate for data-led decisions while managing product backlogs and roadmaps. **Required Skills** - 7+ years in product management, managing technical/non-technical stakeholders. - Proven experience in marketplace services, web-based platform development, and AI-driven customer solutions. - Strong ability to prioritize, negotiate trade-offs, and align metrics with business goals. - Expertise in roadmap planning, backlog management, and agile product development. - Advanced communication skills for technical and executive audiences. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (preferred). - Technical proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, JS) advantageous. - U.S. citizenship or green card holder required.
