Conduct health checks, org assessments, and design recommendations to optimize scalability, performance, and best practices. **Expectations** - 10+ years of CRM experience, deep expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud. - Proven architectural leadership across multiple consumer‑goods domains. - Strong stakeholder communication and requirement mapping. **Key Responsibilities** - Perform org assessments and health checks; recommend design, scalability, and performance improvements. - Design, develop, and govern comprehensive Salesforce implementations, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration with external systems. - Build proofs of concept, complex custom solutions, and advanced data models. - Establish architectural governance, enforce best practices, and ensure compliance with Salesforce limits and data governance. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into Salesforce capabilities. **Required Skills** - Expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, including sales, service, retail execution, order management, and contract management. - Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), data modeling, integration patterns, and governance limits. - Strong architectural and solution design skills; experience with end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions. - Ability to perform proofs of concept and conduct health checks. - Excellent stakeholder communication and requirement analysis. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect highly desirable.
