Job Description: **Job Title:** Data & Analytics Engineer **Role Summary:** Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of data pipelines and an MLOps platform within a Data & Analytics Development and Innovation team. Deliver automated, scalable data products that empower business users and support rapid machine‑learning model deployment. **Expectations:** - Provide accessible, high‑quality data to analysts and business stakeholders. - Industrialize ML workflows by building and maintaining a robust MLOps framework. - Maintain coding standards, version control, and documentation for concurrent development. **Key Responsibilities:** - **MLOps Framework Development** – Design, deploy, and manage CI/CD pipelines, model registries, monitoring, and experimentation tracking in collaboration with data scientists and IT. - **Data Acquisition & Transformation** – Source, ingest, and cleanse data from existing and new systems; create staged, governed datasets for analytics and ML. - **Data Democratization & Visualization** – Build self‑service dashboards, data catalogs, and visualization tools to enable data access for non‑technical users. - **Process Automation** – Automate end‑to‑end data workflows to reduce manual effort and accelerate business insights. - **Code Governance** – Define coding standards, enforce versioning, and ensure comprehensive documentation for all D&A platform code. - **Stakeholder Management** – Act as liaison between business users, analytics teams, and IT, translating requirements into technical solutions and ensuring alignment with business goals. **Required Skills:** - Proficient in Python and PySpark. - Deep understanding of Big Data, Data Engineering, and Data Science concepts. - Proven experience with MLOps practices (deployment, monitoring, experiment tracking). - Strong data modeling and data management expertise. - Analytical problem‑solving mindset. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a data engineering, MLOps, or similar role.
