**Job Title**
IT Agile Program Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of finance-related IT programs by applying agile and hybrid methodology. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve program objectives, maintain risk mitigation, and ensure compliance with standards and processes.
**Expectations**
- Deliver complex enterprise or cross‑functional IT projects on schedule, within scope, and to quality standards.
- Demonstrate leadership in agile practices, coaching teams toward self‑direction.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, reporting, and communication with all project stakeholders.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and facilitate corrective actions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee all project phases: charter development, resource planning, scheduling, scope definition, and quality control.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve impediments across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Conduct project/team and steering committee meetings with documented minutes and actions.
- Groom product backlog, facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Mentor scrum teams, promoting decision‑making, conflict resolution, and transparency.
- Perform risk, security, architecture, disaster recovery, and ROI assessments.
- Maintain a centralized document repository and ensure deliverables meet required standards and methodologies.
- Prepare and ensure compliance with stage‑gate reviews and other gatekeeping processes.
- Track, analyze, and present program metrics and dashboards to management.
- Execute project communications and reporting, providing timely updates to all appropriate levels.
**Required Skills**
- 4+ years of proven experience delivering complex, enterprise‑scale IT or technology projects.
- Strong dual experience with Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and hybrid waterfall/agile methodologies.
- Hands‑on expertise with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, JQL, dashboards) and ServiceNow.
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional initiatives involving multiple applications and stack layers.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, follow‑through, and attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication; ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Problem‑solving mindset with strong interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Finance project management experience (Supply Chain, Procurement, General Ledger/Accounting, Assets) is mandatory.
- Certifications: SAFe Practitioner/Agile or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / Professional Scrum Master (PSM) preferred.
