Job Title: Product Designer/UX Researcher Role Summary: Senior research‑led Product Designer for a SaaS analytics and risk‑reporting platform, focusing on data visualisation, information architecture, and user research to shape product direction. Expectations: 3‑month contract (potential extension). Lead research and design activities, deliver actionable insights to stakeholders, and support buy‑vs‑build decisions by March. Key Responsibilities: • Lead user research, persona development, and use‑case mapping for an analytics platform with multiple access levels. • Translate ambiguous early‑stage requirements into clarified scope and design specifications. • Partner with BI teams (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Fabric, Sigma) to design data visualisation experiences. • Define scalable Information Architecture for a “website‑style” analytics portal housing multiple dashboards. • Collaborate closely with Product Owner, squad, and senior stakeholders to shape alerts, KPIs, and decision flows for Risk Owners. • Influence buy‑vs‑build decisions through research insights ahead of mid‑March milestones. • Provide light‑touch product and UI direction for dashboard packaging, personalisation, and surfacing across user groups.
