**Job Title**
Junior Finance Transformation Consultant
**Role Summary**
Deliver end‑to‑end finance transformation support for mid‑ to large‐scale enterprises. Apply analytical, operational, and digital consulting methodologies to redesign processes, organizations, and ERP systems, ensuring sustainable performance improvements.
**Expectations**

- Maintain professional deadlines, quality standards, and stakeholder engagement.
- Operate autonomously while collaborating across cross‑functional teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyse clients’ financial business models, identify optimisation levers, and benchmark against industry best‑practice.
- Develop and present transformation roadmaps covering process re‑engineering, organisational change, and ERP/digital adoption.
- Draft concise, persuasive reports, meeting minutes, and executive summaries; lead complex client meetings.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, keeping abreast of finance and technology trends.
- Support the internal knowledge pool: document solutions, share lessons learned, and mentor junior staff.
- Communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).
**Required Skills**
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and financial modelling capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French proficiency is a plus.
- Structured thinking and project management skills: ability to design and execute systematic initiatives.
- Solid understanding of finance functions—accounting, control, budgeting, reporting, and financial planning.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Curiosity for new technologies and data analytics tools.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Master’s or equivalent (Bac+5) from a recognised engineering, business, or university program, majoring in Finance, Accounting, Management Control, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications (CFA, CPA, ACCA) are advantageous but not mandatory.
- One year of internship or practical experience in finance, transformation, or consulting is preferred.
