Job Description

Job Title: Solutions Architect Role Summary: Lead design and implementation of cloud-native and hybrid solutions. Provide architectural guidance to align technical decisions with business goals and enterprise standards. Drive modernization initiatives and ensure scalability, security, and performance of applications. Expectations: Deliver scalable, secure technical solutions for complex applications. Align architectural strategies with Agile workflows and organizational objectives. Support development teams through hands-on technical collaboration and decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and implement cloud-native/hybrid solutions (Azure, AWS) prioritizing scalability, security, performance. - Define and maintain solution blueprints for modernization (legacy migration, DevSecOps, microservices, APIs). - Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, integration patterns, and cloud platforms. - Provide technical leadership across Agile development, including code reviews, troubleshooting, and optimization. - Collaborate with UX, QA, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to ensure user-centric, technically sound outcomes. - Facilitate architectural decisions during Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives). - Promote enterprise standards, reusable patterns, and compliance with governance frameworks. Required Skills: - Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 8+ years in software development and solution architecture. - Proven cloud-native/hybrid solution architecture experience (Azure, AWS, microservices, APIs, DevSecOps). - Strong technical proficiency with data lake, Synapse, Azure Databricks, Databricks, Informatica PowerCenter, PowerCenter, AI/ML, compliance frameworks, data治理, data lakehouse, data security. - Experience in senior developer/technical lead roles for complex application delivery. - Deep Agile methodology expertise with ability to integrate architecture practices into workflows. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Commitment to continuous learning and emerging technologies. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
