**Role Summary**
Strategic leader responsible for designing, administering, and continuously improving compensation, equity, and benefits programs. Oversees HR operations, HRIS optimization, analytics, and policy development to support a fast‑growing, global tech organization. Partners with senior leaders to align rewards strategy with business objectives, ensure compliance, and drive data‑informed decisions.

- Serve as the primary advisor on total rewards, influencing compensation philosophy, equity structures, and benefits design.
- Deliver scalable, equitable HR processes and analytics that support rapid growth and market competitiveness.
- Champion change management and clear communication of rewards policies across a hybrid, global workforce.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Direct compensation strategy, conduct regular market reviews, and manage open enrollment cycles.
- Own design, implementation, and administration of employee and executive equity programs.
- Manage end‑to‑end benefits strategy ensuring inclusivity, competitiveness, and alignment with employee needs.
- Lead selection, implementation, and optimization of HRIS systems and related workflow automation.
- Produce and present people analytics to inform strategic planning and organizational decisions.
- Develop and execute performance management and talent review processes in partnership with HRBPs and business leaders.
- Evolve people policies to reflect changing business requirements and provide clear guidance to employees.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, IT, and external vendors/brokers on rewards initiatives and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation across all operating regions.
**Required Skills**
- 10+ years total rewards strategy and HR operations experience, preferably in healthcare and high‑growth technology environments.
- Proven ability to design and execute compensation, equity, and benefits programs for both employee and executive levels.
- Strong partnership and influencing skills with senior internal stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical capability; proficient in translating data trends into actionable insights and financial models.
- Budget development and management expertise.
- Project management proficiency; ability to prioritize and drive multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Hands‑on leadership style with a “own the outcome” mindset; comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and change‑management skills.
- Knowledge of global compliance requirements and best practices in rewards administration.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (required).
- Master’s degree or MBA (preferred).
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., SHRM‑SCP/SHRM‑CP, Certified Compensation Professional – CCP, Certified Benefits Professional – CBP) preferred.
