Job Description
Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst Role Summary: Lead key operational finance functions, manage a direct report, and drive financial efficiency across multiple regions and business units. Deliver insightful analysis, streamline processes, and support strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment. Expactations: - Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and analysis. - Continuously improve accounting and consolidation processes. - Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities. - Provide actionable insights to business units. - Maintain strong communication with cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee core accounting processes (revenue recognition, compliance). - Streamline consolidation, reporting, and day‑to‑day finance operations. - Partner with business unit finance teams for efficient close cycles. - Review reconciliations, journal entries, and intercompany transactions. - Resolve general ledger inquiries and manage account setups. - Produce consolidated business performance analyses. - Lead ad‑hoc projects, operational reviews, and special initiatives. - Manage a direct report and mentor junior staff. Required Skills: - Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency. - Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and accounting principles. - Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Organizational ability to juggle competing priorities. - Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement. - Familiarity with financial systems and general ledger platforms is a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s degree in Finance (or equivalent). - CPA, CA, or ACCA designation completed or in progress (CFA is an asset).

Job Description
Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Role Summary: Own end‑to‑end budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for a portfolio of healthcare and senior living assets. Deliver actionable financial insights to executive leadership, support strategic decisions, and drive operational efficiency across multiple business units. Expectations: Deliver accurate, timely financial information. Lead continuous improvement of FP&A processes, align with acquisition and development initiatives, and influence the organization’s financial strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for all business units. - Build and maintain scenario‑based financial models for capital allocation and investment assessment. - Produce monthly management reports, board packages, and variance explanations with clear recommendations. - Partner with operations and executive teams to evaluate performance and recommend improvement opportunities. - Analyze cost structures and key drivers to support risk management and cost‑reduction initiatives. - Provide ad‑hoc analysis and decision support to the CFO and senior stakeholders. - Standardize FP&A processes and reporting frameworks as the company scales. Required Skills: - Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and financial modeling capability. - Effective written and verbal communication, able to explain complex data to non‑finance audiences. - Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence senior leaders. - Self‑motivated, detail oriented, and comfortable with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced, growing environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Professional designation (CPA, CFA, or equivalent) preferred or in progress. - Minimum 5 years of progressive financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting experience; real estate, healthcare, or asset management background is an asset.
