**Job title** Human Resources Generalist **Role Summary** HR Generalist responsible for full‑cycle recruiting, employee relations, change management, and day‑to‑day HR operations. Works closely with hiring managers and leaders to deliver integrated HR support and ensure compliance with employment laws. **Experiences** - 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, covering recruiting, employee relations, and change management. - Prior exposure to full‑cycle hiring, performance management, and workforce transition initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Recruiting & Talent Acquisition** - Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. - Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide a streamlined hiring experience. 2. **Employee Relations** - Act as HR resource for employee concerns, coaching managers on performance issues, and conflict resolution. - Aid performance management processes with documentation and coaching support. 3. **Change Management** - Develop communication plans, facilitate training, and promote adoption of new processes during organizational initiatives. - Collaborate with leaders to guide teams through transitions. 4. **HR Operations & Compliance** - Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. - Support onboarding, off‑boarding, benefits administration, and routine HR reporting. **Required Skills** - Proficient in full‑cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategies. - Strong knowledge of employee relations and performance management practices. - Experience with change management and communication facilitation. - Solid understanding of HR operations, documentation, and employment law compliance. - Excellent written and verbal communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building abilities. - Ability to collaborate effectively with employees and leaders at all levels. - On‑site availability. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree preferred (minimum of a bachelor’s level education). - Experience with Workday highly preferred. ---
