Job title: Salesforce Technical Lead
Role Summary: Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce CRM solutions, serving as the technical architect and mentor for a global development team, while ensuring best practices, security, and alignment with business objectives.
Expactations: Deliver high‑quality, secure, and scalable Salesforce applications; maintain code quality and governance; stay current with releases; act as the primary technical liaison between stakeholders, product owners, and developers; drive continuous integration and delivery practices; provide root‑cause analysis and production support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable code.
- Lead and mentor developers and admins, enforcing coding standards and best practices.
- Manage integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and 3rd‑party systems.
- Oversee deployment pipelines, CI/CD, and release management.
- Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
- Review Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Flow configurations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and enterprise architects.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and conduct root‑cause analysis.
- Keep abreast of Salesforce releases and feature rollouts.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years IT experience with Salesforce development.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Expertise in Salesforce Flows, automation, security model, and data modeling.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM processes.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Git).
- Proven technical leadership and team mentoring.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and Agile/Scrum collaboration.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce Certifications: at least one of CTA, Platform Developer II, Integration Architecture Designer, or Application Architect.
