Job Title: Senior Data Scientist Role Summary: A Senior Data Scientist will design, implement, and scale advanced AI/ML solutions to address complex healthcare challenges, leveraging techniques like Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. The role drives AI strategy, mentors technical teams, and fosters a data-driven culture to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Expectations: - Minimum 8 years of data science experience, including 4+ years in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions. - Proficiency in GenAI technologies, healthcare data, and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP). - Leadership in end-to-end ML pipeline development and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead development of AI/ML solutions (forecasting, classification, risk prediction) and GenAI applications (summarization, generation). 2. Build production-ready RAG systems integrating LLMs with healthcare data. 3. Define AI strategy, aligning technical initiatives with business objectives. 4. Mentor Data Scientists and ML Engineers across distributed teams. 5. Design and deploy ML pipelines, CI/CD frameworks, and RESTful APIs for model integration. Required Skills: - Advanced machine learning (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). - Generative AI expertise (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases). - Healthcare data knowledge (clinical data, HIPAA compliance). - Cloud platforms (GCP, VertexAI), data engineering tools, and Python proficiency. - Agile methodologies, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and API development. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience). No specific certifications required.
