Blockchain Developer – Market Finance & Tokenisation (Freelance)
**Role Summary**
Design, develop and maintain blockchain solutions for market finance and asset tokenisation, including smart contracts for bonds, debt instruments, structured products, and institutional stablecoins. Collaborate across product, IT, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance, cross‑chain interoperability, and robust security.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑quality, secure smart contracts in Solidity, Rust, or Go.
- Participate in the architecture and deployment of institutional stablecoins (EURSV, EURCV, Circle).
- Lead security audits, testing, and technical documentation.
- Work effectively within a regulated banking environment, meeting strict compliance and audit requirements.
- Provide clear communication with stakeholders across market, IT, and compliance functions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts for financial assets (bonds, debt securities, structured products).
- Design and implement cross‑chain bridges and interoperability solutions.
- Integrate stablecoin solutions (EURSV, EURCV, Circle) into existing infrastructure.
- Perform security audits, unit and integration testing, and produce detailed technical documentation.
- Collaborate with market teams, IT, and compliance to ensure product robustness and regulatory alignment.
- Stay current on blockchain standards (ERC‑20, ERC‑1400, ERC‑4626) and best practices.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years of software development experience, including 2–3 years in blockchain.
- Proficiency in Solidity (Hardhat/Foundry) and Rust or Go.
- Deep understanding of ERC protocols (ERC‑20, ERC‑1400, ERC‑4626).
- Experience with institutional stablecoins and tokenisation of financial assets.
- Knowledge of cross‑chain bridge architectures and secure integration patterns.
- Strong analytical, detail‑oriented mindset and ability to operate in regulated environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Blockchain Developer, SEC‑related finance qualifications) are a plus but not mandatory.
