Job Description
Job Title: Quality Systems Specialist Role Summary: Implement and continuously improve ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System for a fast‑growing electronics manufacturing environment. Oversee corrective actions, root‑cause investigations, KPI reporting, internal and external audits, and documentation development to ensure regulatory compliance and process excellence. Expectations: * Deliver measurable quality improvements and maintain ISO obligations. * Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, production, sales and support teams. * Work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities: * Initiate, manage and monitor Corrective Action Requests (CARs). * Investigate non‑conformances, determine root causes, assign and track corrective actions. * Prepare and present KPI data (FPR, OTD, etc.) for manufacturing performance. * Conduct internal audits, prepare audit reports, and support external registrar/customer audits. * Create, modify, and maintain process documentation, procedures and work instructions. * Support QMS expansion aligned with organizational growth. * Research and implement additional standards (e.g., AS‑9100). Required Skills: * Proven experience with ISO 9001:2015 and/or other QMS (AS‑9100). * Hands‑on production experience in electronics manufacturing. * Process development, procedure creation, and work‑instruction drafting. * Root‑cause analysis and corrective action methodology. * Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and conflict‑management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Excellent time‑management, scheduling, and independent work capability. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field. * Professional certification preferred (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer).
