**Job title**: Dynamics Developer
**Role Summary**:
Leverage expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Customer Service) and the Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and support customized solutions. Acts as a liaison between IT and business units, ensuring requirements are translated into high‑quality, maintainable code and configurations.

- Adapt quickly to fast‑paced environments and respond to after‑hours or on‑call duties as needed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Customize, configure, develop, deploy, and support Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
- Conduct requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, design, testing, and implementation of Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Design and build web components using .NET, C#, SQL, Azure, and Power Platform tools.
- Troubleshoot and remediate technical issues; document solutions for system administrators.
- Apply knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform licensing models.
- Define and refine governance practices for platform use.
- Create and disseminate documentation (requirements, recommendations, technical analysis).
- Prepare mockups/prototypes to align solutions with business needs.
- Recommend appropriate technologies (Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate vs. alternatives).
- Contribute to process and policy improvements within Business Enablement Services.
- Participate in DevOps practices for Power Platform (Power Pipelines/ALM Accelerator).
**Required Skills**:
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Customer Service).
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, SQL, Azure, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.
- Experience in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, deployment, and support.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and governance skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic environment.
**Required Education & Certifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred (e.g., MS-210, MS-220, MS-700, or Power Platform certifications).
