Job Title: Strategic Customer Experience & Data Analyst Role Summary: Lead the digital transformation of the customer journey by integrating data analytics, process optimization, and ERP enhancements. Bridge customer care, sales, and IT to drive measurable improvements in order flow, reporting, and customer satisfaction across EMEA. Expectations: * Deliver actionable insights that inform commercial strategy and operational efficiency. * Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of digital tools (Power BI dashboards, Power Automate flows, and Dynamics enhancements). * Advocate for customer‑centric process changes to senior stakeholders. * Work autonomously, propose solutions, and adapt quickly to a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities * Analyse Dynamics order flow, identify bottlenecks, and automate manual tasks using Power Automate. * Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards from Dynamics data; interpret customer behavior and win‑rate metrics. * Advise on B2B webstore optimization and support key accounts with digital connectivity (EDI). * Translate business needs into ERP improvements and collaborate with the IT team to implement them. * Collect, analyse, and report Voice‑of‑Customer (VoC) feedback; translate findings into process adjustments. * Support day‑to‑day operations (e.g., order processing) as needed to gain process insights. Required Skills * Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Power Automate; interest in AI integration. * Strong analytical and data‑driven decision making. * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP (or comparable system). * Excellent communication in English; additional European languages are a plus. * Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable presenting improvement proposals to senior management. * Process‑oriented mindset with a customer‑centric focus.
