Job Title: CRM Administrator
Role Summary: Manage and enhance Oracle Service Cloud configuration, user administration, data integrity, and Intelligent Advisor functionality while coordinating mid‑scale projects to align with business goals.
Expections: US Citizen, local to specified region, contract type 1099, no C2C or vendor referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain CRM settings, user profiles, workflows, templates, surveys, campaigns, databases, and permissions.
- Test and validate custom code, vendor releases, patches, and add‑ons.
- Collaborate with contact center, business analysts, developers, DB and systems admins to recommend operational improvements, customizations, and ensure system reliability.
- Manage data imports, migrations, integrations, and cleanup to maintain integrity.
- Provide application administration, troubleshooting and support for IT projects, including code migration, change control, security, performance and availability.
- Develop and maintain Intelligent Advisor interviews within Oracle Service Cloud.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple teams.
- Maintain project documentation: BRS, test plans, results, project plans, and meeting notes.
- Schedule project meetings to ensure timely updates and issue resolution.
- Utilize project management tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence, Asana).
Required Skills:
- CRM administration expertise with Oracle Service Cloud (or comparable).
- Data management, reporting, campaign, and survey tool proficiency.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with project management software (Jira, Trello, Confluence, Asana).
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
