Job Description

Job Title: Salesforce Developer Role Summary Develop, test, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions for a large-scale enterprise regulatory and licensing platform. Lead the creation of Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration logic while ensuring rigorous documentation and data integrity. Expectations Deliver high‑quality, scalable code within Agile sprints, collaborate cross‑functionally, and maintain detailed technical documentation. Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and support continuous improvement of platform functionality. Key Responsibilities - Write, debug, and optimize Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages. - Design and implement Lightning Web Components for enhanced user experience. - Develop and manage real‑time, batch, and async integrations using SOAP APIs and middleware. - Perform data migration and integrity tasks with tools such as Data Loader, Excel Connector, and DemandTools. - Translate complex user requirements into functional specifications and test scenarios. - Maintain thorough technical documentation and support knowledge transfer. Required Skills - 5+ years of programming experience with Salesforce architecture and APIs. - Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and Java or C#. - Strong understanding of relational databases and scripted data loading. - Experience in Agile development environments and collaborative teamwork. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification (preferred).
