Job Description
Job title: AI/ML & Analytics Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and deploy machine‑learning and AI models, build scalable data pipelines, and provide actionable business insights through advanced analytics and BI. Expectations: Deliver production‑ready predictive, prescriptive, and generative models; develop and maintain end‑to‑end AI/ML workflows; create interactive dashboards; collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align AI initiatives with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy machine-learning and AI models (predictive, prescriptive, generative). • Implement deep-learning, NLP, and computer‑vision solutions using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit‑learn. • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and integrate models into production environments. • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights. • Create dashboards and visualizations in Power BI and Tableau for stakeholders. • Apply statistical and predictive modeling techniques to support strategic decisions. • Partner with cross‑functional teams to align AI/ML initiatives with OKRs. • Communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. • Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and best practices. Required Skills: • 5+ years in AI/ML development and data analytics. • 3+ years experience with Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • 3+ years experience in ML algorithms, deep learning, and analytics techniques. • 2+ years experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and model monitoring. • 2+ years experience in BI tools and visualization frameworks. • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration abilities. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or equivalent professional experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience).
