**Job title:** Sitecore Developer
**Role Summary:**
Build and maintain enterprise‑scale web experiences on the Sitecore Experience Platform. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to design, develop, and migrate Sitecore solutions, ensuring modern, responsive, data‑driven interfaces and robust content deployment pipelines.
**Expectations:**
- Actively partner with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams, explaining technical concepts to non‑technical users.
- Deliver high‑visibility websites and maintain content quality and consistency.
- Manage independent work while contributing to a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Keep site performance, security, and versioning standards up to date.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, and support Sitecore sites using MVC, Forms, Helix, and SXA frameworks.
- Lead migrations of Sitecore content and components to new or upgraded environments.
- Build responsive, component‑based front‑end experiences with React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Configure and maintain data integration with SQL Server and external APIs or middleware.
- Implement personalization features and manage content deployment pipelines (TDS, Unicorn, etc.).
- Participate in technical discussions, provide solutions, and document best practices.
**Required Skills:**
- Sitecore development: MVC, Forms, Helix, SXA, TDS, Unicorn, Experience Accelerator.
- Back‑end: .NET (C#), SQL Server, Sitecore content structure and versioning.
- Front‑end: JavaScript, React, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design.
- Familiarity with Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, Bootstrap, and modern front‑end libraries.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Ability to explain complex technical ideas to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with content deployment pipelines and integration via APIs or middleware.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Sitecore certification (current or previous major release) is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in agile or iterative development environments.
