**Job Title:** ServiceNow Architect
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions—including CSM, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and custom workflows—within a complex financial services environment. Lead agile delivery, integrate systems, and ensure platform governance while collaborating with cross‑functional, globally distributed teams.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver end‑to‑end ServiceNow implementations aligned with banking operations and regulatory requirements.
- Drive agile/DevOps practices and sprint‑based delivery.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide technical leadership.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and configure ServiceNow modules: Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules, etc.
- Build integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
- Manage CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and platform governance.
- Implement Performance Analytics, reporting, and best‑practice configurations.
- Lead technical discussions, mentor developers, and ensure quality through testing and debugging.
- Produce daily status reports and coordinate with distributed teams.
**Required Skills:**
- 12+ years IT experience; 6+ years hands‑on ServiceNow development.
- Strong JavaScript, GlideRecord, and ServiceNow Scripted APIs knowledge.
- Experience with CSM, ITSM and at least one of: ITOM, HRSD.
- Proficient in Agile/DevOps methodologies, REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, MID Servers.
- Deep understanding of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and governance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (preferred).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Additional certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, GRC, Security Operations) considered a plus.
