Job Description
**Job Title**: ServiceNow Architect **Role Summary** Design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality features, maintain CMDB integrity, and ensure seamless integrations with existing systems. Serve as a technical liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to translate requirements into robust ServiceNow workflows and processes. **Expactations** - Minimum 7 years in IT product development roles, overseeing full release life cycles. - At least 5 years managing complex, multi‑team product or technology delivery in high‑tech or government settings. - Proven ServiceNow development, implementation, and enhancement experience, including workflow design, module configuration, and system integrations. - Strong communication with executive, business, and technical audiences. **Key Responsibilities** - Architect and drive ServiceNow implementations, customizations, and upgrades. - Manage CMDB structure, data quality, and governance initiatives. - Lead ServiceNow Discovery tool rollout, ensuring accurate asset discovery and data validation. - Coordinate multi‑team delivery of product releases, meeting timelines and quality objectives. - Prototype, evaluate, and test solutions for production readiness. - Integrate continuous improvement practices and user feedback into product enhancements. - Support training, documentation, and adoption efforts for end users. **Required Skills** - Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform (workflow engine, modules, integrations). - Experience with SharePoint 365, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, and collaborative tools. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to work independently and influence cross‑functional teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (mandatory). - Preferred Certifications: – ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Project Management Professional (PMP) – ITIL Foundation or Agile/Scrum certification.
