Job Description

**Job Title** Manager – AI & Data **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end AI and data projects for large enterprise clients. Own project success from strategy, planning, budgeting, delivery to deployment. Serve as the main liaison between client business leaders and internal multidisciplinary teams, ensuring solutions create measurable value. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑impact, strategic data/AI initiatives within agreed timelines and budgets. - Translate complex business problems into data‑driven, AI‑powered product solutions. - Drive product vision and backlog management from discovery through go‑live. - Provide clear, regular reporting to client stakeholders and internal management. - Support pre‑sales and business development by showcasing technical expertise. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Manage complex AI and data projects end‑to‑end (scope, schedule, budget, quality). 2. Act as primary client interface and key account partner. 3. Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams (Data Scientists, Developers, UX/UI). 4. Translate business requirements into effective data‑ and AI solutions. 5. Own product vision: discovery, design, backlog prioritisation, and delivery. 6. Implement and oversee Agile project methodology, including ceremonies and retrospectives. 7. Maintain clear, concise stakeholder reporting and documentation. 8. Contribute to pre‑sales activities and commercial proposals. **Required Skills** - Strong business acumen with deep understanding of data and AI value chains. - Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Project management proficiency: planning, budgeting, risk, quality control. - Leadership and team‑coordination skills; experience in multidisciplinary teams. - Agile methodology experience (Scrum, Kanban). - Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation. - Analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision‑making under uncertainty. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top engineering or business school (or equivalent). - Minimum 2 years of experience leading data, AI, or technology projects with significant business impact. - Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, Data Science/Analytics) are a plus.
