Use Solumina manufacturing execution system to capture and manage process data. Support cross‑functional manufacturing teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Expactations: - Deliver accurate and detailed work instructions for CNC machines. - Input and update process information into Solumina promptly. - Collaborate with shop floor machinists and support staff to optimize workflow. - Analyze production data, extrapolate insights, and break down complex processes. - Maintain high standards of process documentation and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Write and maintain work instructions, methods plans, and machining procedures. - Input, validate, and manage process data in Solumina. - Coordinate with the manufacturing support team on process improvement projects. - Conduct data analysis to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions. - Assist in training machinists on new processes and documentation. - Liaise with ERP (SAP) to ensure accurate production records.
