**Job Title** Sales Development Representative (Fullstack BDR/SDR) **Role Summary** Drive B2B growth by prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads for a SaaS travel platform. Act as the first touchpoint for new prospects, collaborating closely with Account Executives to translate qualified leads into opportunities. Strengthen outreach through modern channels (LinkedIn, email, calls, events) and continuously optimize prospecting processes. **Expectations** - Initiate and manage the end‑to‑end prospecting cycle. - Qualify leads to a high standard of fit and budget. - Transfer only hot opportunities to the sales team. - Represent the company at industry events 1–2 times per quarter. - Iterate on prospecting tactics to improve conversion rates. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, phone, and events. - Craft compelling first‑touch messaging and adapt pitch to prospect needs. - Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). - Collaborate with Account Executives on hand‑off criteria and follow‑up. - Track and report on outreach metrics (open rates, responses, meetings set). - Participate in quarterly event planning and attendance. - Analyze outreach performance, recommend improvements, and conduct A/B tests. - Provide feedback on market trends and customer pain points. **Required Skills** - Excellent written and spoken French; fluent English a plus. - Strong interpersonal and listening skills; ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven experience in B2B lead generation or sales development. - Comfortable using email outreach tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and analytics dashboards. - Goal‑driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding outreach targets. - High motivation, curiosity, and willingness to adapt in a fast‑moving startup environment. - Team player who values collaboration and continuous improvement. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, marketing, or related fields. - Familiarity with SaaS sales methodology and CRM usage is preferred.
