Job Description
Job title: Human Resources Manager (HR Manager) Role Summary: Human Resources Manager in a public hospital setting, responsible for end‑to‑end HR processes, including recruitment, personnel movements, career development, compensation coding, and retirement administration. Works under the recruitment‑career manager and collaborates with a dedicated HR team. Expectations: - Apply knowledge of French labor legislation and regulations related to career management. - Execute administrative tasks accurately and efficiently. - Maintain compliance with public sector HR policies and retirement schemes. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit and onboard staff: create files, prepare decisions and contracts, and renew contracts. - Manage personnel movements and codify/track certain bonuses. - Administer career‑related processes: part‑time, availability, seniority restoration, parental leave, internships, permanent appointments, promotions, detachments, transfers, employer attestations, etc. - Prepare work‑time and activity cumulation dossiers. - Prepare and manage dossiers for work medals and professional interviews. - Handle retirement files: inform employees of pension status, simulate scenarios, manage liquidation, and process disability pensions. Required Skills: - HR administrative experience and familiarity with public sector HR systems. - Strong understanding of labor law, personnel status, retirement reforms, and pension regulations. - High attention to detail, diplomatic communication, teamwork, and availability. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum university qualification Bac + 2 in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Law. - Preferable prior experience in HR management within a public or hospital environment.
