Job Description: **Job Title:** Senior Fullstack Engineer **Role Summary:** Owns end‑to‑end feature delivery across backend and frontend, building scalable APIs with NestJS, Supabase, and Firestore, and web experiences with NextJS/React. Operates in a fast‑moving, product‑driven environment, ensuring high‑quality code, standards, and production stability. **Expectations:** - Independently design, implement, test, and ship complete features with full ownership. - Maintain high accountability for delivery and production reliability. - Mentor junior engineers and enforce code quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement robust APIs using NestJS, Supabase, and Firestore. - Build and maintain web features in NextJS/React, including data flows, navigation, and authentication. - Deliver end‑to‑end features covering both backend and frontend. - Collaborate with product and design teams to shape web‑first experiences. - Review code, drive coding standards, and mentor less experienced engineers. **Required Skills:** - 6+ years full‑stack development with deep expertise in NodeJS/NestJS and NextJS/React. - Strong experience with PostgreSQL (Supabase) and Firebase (Firestore). - Proven track record of building and shipping backend and web features, including API design and integration. - Ability to debug, monitor, and maintain production systems independently. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentorship abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
