Job Title: Ecommerce Marketplace Coordinator
Role Summary:
Contract (6+ months) ecommerce marketplace coordinator managing Amazon, eBay, and Walmart listings. Responsible for content creation, SEO optimization, performance analysis, and vendor coordination to drive sales and visibility. Works hybrid (2 onsite days / 3 remote days).
Expectations:
- Deliver high‑quality product listings and A+ content on all store fronts.
- Achieve measurable improvements in traffic, conversion, and revenue.
- Provide timely dashboards, analyses, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and optimize product listings (copy, images, attributes, A+).
- Write SEO‑driven product copy aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce A+ content and visual assets.
- Analyze large datasets (sales, traffic, conversion) to uncover trends and growth opportunities.
- Maintain dashboards/reports on key metrics and listing health.
- Conduct monthly catalog reviews; flag low performers, errors, and compliance issues.
- Use tools (Rithum, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.) for keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Coordinate with third‑party vendors for issue resolution and marketplace enhancements.
- Monitor and resolve listing errors, policy violations, and support customer service escalations.
- Stay abreast of marketplace algorithm changes and new features.
- Document and refine operational processes for scalability.
- Support weekly team meetings; prepare materials, track KPIs, and troubleshoot roadblocks.
- Manage marketplace email inboxes and dealer communications.
- Prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and communicate risks to leadership.
Required Skills:
- 2–4 years managing or supporting Amazon, eBay, and Walmart marketplaces.
- Proficiency with marketplace tools (Rithum, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.).
- Strong Amazon A+ content design and publishing experience.
- Advanced Excel skills; ability to extract actionable insights from large data sets.
- Solid understanding of SEO, product research, and copywriting best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative team player.
- Detail‑oriented, data‑savvy, and proactive problem‑solver.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or related field (preferred).
- Certifications in ecommerce or marketplace tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout) are a plus.
