**Job Title** Account Executive Life Sciences **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end sales of Clinical Research Solutions (CRS) for mid‑market and enterprise life sciences clients across Europe. Drive adoption of digital health and real‑world evidence technologies to improve clinical trial outcomes, patient engagement, and regulatory compliance. **Expectations** * Consistently hit or exceed quarterly sales quotas. * Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and close high‑value deals. * Expand existing accounts through upsell and renewal activities. * Deliver compelling, data‑driven proposals tailored to each client’s strategic objectives. * Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities in the life sciences sector. * Conduct discovery interviews to diagnose client pain points and define tailored solutions. * Present proposals, negotiate terms, and secure signed contracts. * Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including renewal and upsell. * Track sales activity in CRM, maintain accurate forecasting, and report performance metrics. * Collaborate with internal teams (pre‑sales, product, medical, regulatory) to craft client‑specific solutions. * Attend industry conferences and events to generate leads and stay informed on market developments. * Build and sustain strategic relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations. **Required Skills** * 3+ years of consultative software/tech sales experience in mid‑market or enterprise accounts. * 3+ years of experience in the life sciences industry, with a proven record of managing full sales cycles and exceeding quotas. * Deep knowledge of Clinical Research Programs, digital health tools, and real‑world evidence generation. * Fluency in English and French (written and verbal). * Strong emotional intelligence, active listening, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross‑functional teams. * Familiarity with clinical research standards (ICH‑GCP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11) considered a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). * No mandatory certifications, but knowledge of ICH‑GCP or FDA 21 CFR Part 11 is advantageous.
