**Job Title**
Recruitment Business Partner
**Role Summary**
Business‑critical in‑house recruiter responsible for end‑to‑end, global talent acquisition across UK, USA, UAE and APAC. Leads a 360‑degree recruitment lifecycle, implements and manages Workday ATS, drives recruitment analytics, and partners with department heads to close skill gaps and accelerate internal mobility.
**Expectations**
- Deliver on hiring volumes and quality targets while maintaining compliance with global employment legislation.
- Position the employer brand as a preferred choice through coordinated marketing efforts.
- Deliver continuous process improvement and data‑driven decision support.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Own all hiring activities for the specified regions and functions.
2. Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, attracting, screening, interviewing, offer, onboarding, and probation hand‑off.
3. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (D&I, time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, source effectiveness) to inform strategy.
4. Lead the Workday ATS implementation, data maintenance, and reporting.
5. Foster the employer brand in partnership with Marketing.
6. Ensure statutory and internal compliance; stay current with legislative changes.
7. Reduce agency spend by coaching managers, setting a preference for in‑house hiring.
8. Provide regular recruitment performance reports to HR leadership.
9. Conduct recruitment training workshops for hiring managers and senior leaders.
10. Facilitate smooth transition of hires via onboarding coordination.
11. Support internal mobility initiatives and help define competitive compensation packages.
12. Build strong relationships with all stakeholders across the business.
**Required Skills**
- Minimum 5 years in‑house recruitment, including global hiring (UK, USA, UAE, APAC).
- Proven experience recruiting across Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, NPD, Technical (Food), IT, etc.
- Project management, onboarding, and process improvement expertise.
- ATS implementation/management (Workday) and routine use of LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong analytical skills for recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management at all levels.
- Organizational agility, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Empathy, proactive problem solving, and a passion for people.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR, HRCI, or equivalent) preferred.
