Intern – Influence Marketing Assistant – North America & UK
Role Summary
Support the International Digital Marketing team in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom for a leading French dermocosmetics brand.
Expectations
• Deliver high‑level support during the 6‑month internship, acquiring practical experience in influencer relations, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
• Operate independently within target deadlines while collaborating closely with the International Communications Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and maintain influencer listings (US, Canada & UK).
- Initiate outreach, negotiate terms, and manage ongoing relationships with creators.
- Prepare campaign briefs, launch schedules, and activation materials.
- Track deliverables, confirm deadline adherence, and ensure brand consistency in content.
- Compile and analyze campaign reports (reach, engagement, learnings).
- Coordinate product deliveries (PR packages, seeding), manage logistics, and follow up on tracking updates.
- Maintain CRM databases, update influencer details, and produce regular reporting.
- Monitor TikTok Shop affiliates, identify new creators, and handle product shipments for TikTok campaigns.
- Track performance metrics (sales, content activity, promo codes).
- Participate in competitive intelligence on influencer and social media trends.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
- Proficient with TikTok, Instagram, and the broader creator ecosystem.
- Strong written communication and editorial abilities.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and autonomous workflow.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with influencer‑management tools is a plus.
Required Education & Certifications
- Current university or business school student (or recent graduate) in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field.
- Specialization or coursework in digital marketing, social media, or influencer marketing preferred.
- Internship status must be contract‑conventional and aligned with academic requirements.
