**Job Title:**
Business Analyst
**Role Summary:**
An autonomous Business Analyst responsible for managing vendor contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and vendor performance. Provides proactive problem resolution, oversees budget control and invoice validation, identifies risks associated with vendor products, and delivers financial reporting using project management tools.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver accurate contract and financial oversight with minimal supervision.
- Anticipate issues, propose solutions, and document corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of contract terms, performance metrics, and risk mitigation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Negotiate, monitor, and manage vendor contracts, SLA/KPI definitions, and dispute resolution.
- Plan and control contract budgets; validate vendor invoices and produce cost‑control reports.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks or vulnerabilities relating to vendor products.
- Track tasks, risks, and deliverables using Jira, MS Project, and ServiceNow.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations for alignment on vendor activities.
- Recommend process improvements and cost‑saving opportunities.
- Maintain contract repository, dashboards, and documentation.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years’ experience in vendor contract management and negotiation.
- Proven ability to monitor SLAs, KPIs, and vendor performance.
- Expertise in budget planning, cost control, invoice validation, and financial reporting.
- Strong risk assessment and mitigation capabilities for vendor solutions.
- Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Preferred certifications: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Professional in Contract Management (CPCM), or PMP.
