Job Title: Salesforce Development Lead
Role Summary
Lead technical design, development, and integration of Salesforce ecosystems with a focus on MuleSoft‑based architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and aligned solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds and connected enterprise systems.
Expectations
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of Salesforce and integration projects.
• Balance hands‑on coding with strategic architecture and team leadership.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain high quality, performance, and security standards across all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as technical lead for Salesforce delivery teams (internal and partner).
• Guide developers and integration engineers through build and release cycles.
• Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions connecting Salesforce, Agentforce, and other internal/external systems.
• Architect MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform) integration solutions and define API‑led connectivity patterns (System, Process, Experience APIs).
• Oversee ETL and data integration processes, ensuring accurate, secure, and timely data exchange.
• Lead development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform.
• Establish and enforce best practices (Apex, LWC, Flows, CI/CD).
• Review code and integration designs for quality, performance, and security.
• Define and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce and MuleSoft.
• Manage environment strategy (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod).
Required Skills
• 7+ years of enterprise systems integration experience (Salesforce, Agentforce).
• Proficiency with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Apache Camel.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON, and ETL processes.
• Programming/scripting skills: Python, Java, Apex (required).
• Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment automation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud).
• Understanding of network security and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Required Education & Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II (required).
• MuleSoft Certified Integration Developer or similar (preferred).
