**Job Title:** Senior Growth Marketing Manager – Global Lifecycle
**Role Summary:**
Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle marketing strategy for a SaaS AI platform. Own the customer journey from discovery to retention, designing cross‑channel campaigns, segmentation, and personalization to drive acquisition, activation, upsell, and overall customer value.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable growth and retention metrics globally.
- Build and iterate data‑driven lifecycle programs using marketing automation.
- Influence cross‑functional teams (Product, Sales, CS, Analytics, Ops, Creative).
- Champion continuous experimentation with AI and behavioral data.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Define, implement, and optimize a global lifecycle marketing strategy covering discovery, onboarding, engagement, retention, and upsell.
2. Plan, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns across email, in‑product messaging, web, community, and other touchpoints.
3. Develop sophisticated segmentation models and deliver highly personalized communications for diverse global audiences.
4. Establish KPIs, monitor dashboards, analyze performance, and iterate programs for business impact.
5. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, Operations, and Creative to align messaging and ensure cohesive customer experience.
6. Drive experimentation using AI, behavioral data, and advanced marketing technologies to improve optimization and personalization.
7. Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resource allocation within the global go‑to‑market plan.
8. Mentor and coordinate cross‑functional workflow and knowledge sharing.
**Required Skills:**
- 8+ years in lifecycle/growth marketing within SaaS.
- Proven record of designing and executing full‑cycle customer journey strategies that deliver measurable acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell results.
- Strong analytical mindset: KPI definition, data interpretation, actionable insights.
- Expertise in marketing automation & CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce).
- Excellent storytelling and written communication for email series, newsletters, and other content.
- Influential stakeholder management and leadership, comfortable at all levels in a global organization.
- Customer‑centric mentality with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Adaptability to fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
- Experience leveraging AI, behavioral data, and tech for program optimization.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not mandatory).
- Certifications in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo Certified Expert, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) or equivalent are highly desirable.
