**Job Title:** Demand Generation & Marketing Operations Specialist
**Role Summary:**
Execute and optimize B2B demand‑generation campaigns across email, paid media, LinkedIn, SEO, and outbound prospecting while managing the HubSpot marketing platform and related tools. Drive data‑driven lead qualification, nurturing, and analytics to expand the pipeline and support sales conversion.
**Expectations:**
* Deliver measurable lead volume and quality increases.
* Ensure seamless integration and accuracy of marketing technology stack.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to meet campaign objectives.
* Provide clear, data‑backed insights to senior stakeholders for continuous process improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Plan, launch, and optimize multichannel demand‑generation campaigns (email, paid ads, LinkedIn, SEO, outbound).
* Partner with HubSpot and Clay agencies to refine lead scoring, automation workflows, and data enrichment.
* Coordinate LinkedIn social‑selling, paid‑ads, and SEO agencies to achieve lead quality and volume targets.
* Build and maintain campaign performance dashboards; generate executive reports on MQLs and pipeline impact.
* Set up tracking, A/B testing, and conversion optimization for landing pages and key touchpoints.
* Manage email marketing and lifecycle automation, including segmentation, personalization, deliverability, and compliance.
* Analyze channel metrics, propose optimizations, and work with sales to refine MQL criteria and handoff processes.
**Required Skills:**
* 3–5 years in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
* Proficiency with HubSpot (workflows, lead scoring, campaign management; certification a plus).
* Experience managing specialist agencies (HubSpot, SEO, paid media, LinkedIn social selling).
* Strong analytical abilities: marketing attribution, reporting, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
* Knowledge of Clay or similar enrichment tools; website and CRO fundamentals.
* Comfortable with marketing analytics platforms, Excel/Google Sheets, and project‑management tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication; cross‑functional collaboration.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
* HubSpot certification preferred (e.g., Marketing Software, Marketing Design, or HubSpot Operations).
